Agentforce Demo Explainer Video
This project required us to create a customer-centric demo video for Traction Rec's industry leading Salesforce solution. TractionRec are a scaling SaaS/CRM company who are powering the digital transformation of YMCA's and JCC's across North America.
The Challenge
TractionRec's audience are familiar with older legacy systems and needed a simplified, clear story to help the understand the benefits of Agentforce for their operations. In addition to this, TractionRec need to speak to the technical and non-technical decisions makers amongst their audience.
Our Approach
Tech doesn't have to be a bunch of features and vague terms. To get to the heart of the narrative we focus on the end user and the positive effects it has on their daily lives. We believe video shouldn't just explain the product, it should paint a picture of transformation, combining compelling narratives with engaging visuals to communicate value in both logical and emotional ways.
Visual Style - A SaaS solution with a family and community focused brand.
To bring the brand to life we researched Traction Rec's website and obtained their brand guidelines and assets. It is important to them that they maintain their consistently approachable and recognizable brand. Taking inspiration from their existing brand, we brought it to life through thoughtful use of their visual identity, employing single-line illustrations, playful highlighting and simplified motion graphics that would be easily understandable for their audience.

'I love it. It's a great blend of explainer video and demo without feeling too much like a "sizzle video".
Through taking time to really understand and appreciate the audience, the solution and the brand, we were able to produce a video that the Traction Rec marketing and Product teams are delighted with. It has been shown at live events and will be utilized across digital communications as well.
